Camp Ignite strives to provide a safe space for all our participants while we share our individual experiences working within the fire service. We believe that emergency and fire services should reflect the diversity of our communities. Our goal is to foster an environment where young women can explore the limitlessness of their potential and the opportunities that are present for them while encouraging inclusivity.
